Transmitting From Manchester, England...
Yesterday was a day off where, much to my surprise & delight, I was able to score 2 tickets to see Bjork's new show that just happened to be playing pretty much around the corner from our hotel. It was a last minute rush as the show was a matinee but, somehow, it worked out. Something that I can't imagine happening in the US. It was a great show with 2 musicians & a fairly big Icelnadic female choir along with some multi-media elements. Suffice to say that, if you're a Bjork fan, you're in for a treat.
As for us, we had a nice Italian dinner last night & are gearing up for our show tonight. So far, from what I hear, the reviews have been really nice. Also, I'm happy to report that, so far, we're 2 for 2 as far as nice hotels. Hope that continues. Tomorrow, onto Glasgow....
